Please allow 4–6 weeks for processing and production before your order ships. This timeframe is dedicated to ensuring quality is top-tier.

To keep you fully informed, you will receive weekly updates on your order throughout the production process, so you’re always in the loop.

For the most accurate shipping estimate, please refer to the “Ship By” date listed in weekly emails.

Because each piece is hand-made to order, all pre-order sales are final sales and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
