Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must:
• Be unworn and in original condition
• Include original packaging
• Include proof of purchase


How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email 
You’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email regarding approval.

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 5 business days, please contact your bank before reaching out.


Lost or Stolen Packages
JADÈA is not responsible for lost, stolen, address mistakes, or misdelivered packages

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
